Admission Eligibility

Standard 12th examination (HSC) or equivalent examination passed with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with Theory and Practical and based on result of University Entrance Exam.

Duration of the Course

B.P.T.  duration four (4) academic years and six month compulsory rotational Internship.

Admission Criteria

The admission shall be on the bases of merit list prepared according to the  entrance test (SNDTCET-22) for State Student Seats and Management Seats. (Question paper of 100 marks multiple choice questions of 12 science[PCB] &(G.K.)

Entrance Test

The online application forms is available at the cost of Rs. 300/- at College office (Monday to Friday – 9.00 AM to 4.30 PM & On Saturday – 9.00 AM to 1.00 PM). Or The online application forms are available at Web.: www.ssptckadodara.org. Fill the form, take print out and Kindly forward to the College office with Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- as processing fees and attested copy, attachment given in the booklet. Due to covid-19 situation any change in last date of submitting the application and entrance test Date and also link of  Entrance exam will be intimated on the email address given by candidate.

(Question paper for SNDTCET are to be answered in Gujarati or in English)

Reservation policy as laid down by the Government of Gujarat will be implemented.

Schedule for Admission

Download Prospectus and application form from the College website: www.ssptckadodara.org.

·        Take a print out of application form on A4 size paper.

·        Application form are also available in College office.

·        After thoroughly reading the prospectus fill the application form properly.

·        Make a Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- for processing fees on the name of “SHREE SWAMINARAYAN PHYSIOTHERAPY COLLEGE”.

·        Courier or speed post or hand delivery to the College office. The printed application form with Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- as processing fees and attested copy of documents as per list given below.

·        Along with application form arrange the (TURE COPY) of the following certificates in the given sequence :-

1.    Std. 12^th (HSC) Mark Sheet

2.    Std. 12^th (HSC) School Leaving Certificate

3.    Std. 12^th (HSC) Passing Certificate

4.    Std. 12^th (HSC) Attempt or Trial certificate (Given by  school)

5.    Std. 10^th SSC Mark Sheet

6.    Std. 10^th Passing Certificate

7.    Std. 10^th SSC Attempt or Trial Certificate (Given by school)

8.    Caste Certificate / Non-Creamy Layer Certificate / Govt. Certificate (Only for SC/ST/SEBC/EWs category) *

9.    Xerox copy of Aadhaar card of Student, Mother and Father

10. Birth Certificate of Student (in English)

વિજ્ઞાન પ્રહવામાં ધોરણ ૧૨ (H.S.C.) (૧૦+૨) અથવા સમકક્ષ પરીક્ષામાં ફીઝીક્સ/કેમેસ્ટ્રી/બાયોલોજી વિષયોમાં પ્રેક્ટીકલ સહીત ઉત્તીર્ણ થનાર બહેનોને યુનિવર્સીટી દ્વારા એન્ટ્રન્સ ટેસ્ટ થી નક્કી થતી ગુણવત્તાનાં ધોરણે પ્રવેશ મળશે.

અભ્યાસક્રમ

ચાર (૪) વર્ષનો અંગ્રેજી માધ્યમમાં અભ્યાસ અને ૬ મહિના ફરીજીયાત રોટેતરી ઇન્ટર્નશીપ કરવાની રહેશે.

પ્રવેશ માટે મેરીટ લીસ્ટ તૈયાર કરવા માટેની પધ્ધતિ

એન્ટ્રન્સ ટેસ્ટ (SNDTCET-૨૨) માંથી પ્રાપ્ત કરેલ ગુણ નાં આધારે તૈયાર કરેલ મેરીટ લીસ્ટ મુજબ.

(ધોરણ-૧૨ નાં ફીઝીક્સ, કેમેસ્ટ્રી અને બાયોલોજી એમ ૦૩ વિજ્ઞાનનાં મુખ્ય વિષયોનાં મલ્ટીપલ ચોઈસ પ્રકારનાં પ્રશ્નો તથા જનરલ નોલેજનાં પ્રશ્નો મળીને ૧૦૦ માર્ક્સની પરીક્ષા લેવાશે.)

એન્ટ્રન્સ ટેસ્ટ

અરજીપત્રક રૂ. ૩૦૦/- ની પ્રોસેસિંગ ફી તરીકે ની રકમ રોકડેથી જમા કરાવી કોલેજ ઓફીસ માંથી સોમવાર થી શુક્રવાર (સવારે ૯.૦૦ થી સાંજે 4.૦૦ સુધી) તેમજ શનિવારે (સવારે ૯.૦૦ થી બપોરે ૧.૦૦ સુધી) મેળવી શકાશે. અથવા www.ssptckadodara.org વેબસાઈટ પર જી અરજીપત્રક ડાઉનલોડ કરી, કાળજીપૂર્વક પોતાની સંપુર્ણ વિગતો ભરી અને જરૂરી પ્રમાણપત્રો ની ખરી નકલ જોડી તેમજ રૂ. ૩૦૦/- ની પ્રોસેસિંગ ફીનાં ડીમાંડ ડ્રાફ્ટ સાથે કોલેજ ઓફીસ માં જમા કરાવવાના રહેશે. હાલની પરીસ્થિતિને ધ્યાનમાં રાખતાં જો તારીખોમાં કોઈ પરિવર્તન આવશે તો  એન્ટ્રન્સ ટેસ્ટ (SNDTCET-૨૨) માટેની તારીખ  વિદ્યાર્થીનીઓનાં ઈ-મેઈલ  પર મોકલવામાં આવશે.

અનામત નીતિ

ગુજરાત રાજ્ય સરકાર ની અનામત નીતિ મુજબ.

પ્રવેશ પ્રક્રિયાનાં કાર્યક્રમની જાણકારી.

·         અરજીપત્રક પ્રોસેસિંગ ફી રૂ. ૩૦૦ ભરી કોલેજ ઓફીસ માંથી મેળવી શકાશે.

·         અથવા www.ssptckadodara.org વેબસાઈટ પર જઈ અરજીપત્રક અને માહિતી પુસ્તિકા ડાઉનલોડ કરી શકાશે.

·         અરજીપત્રક ની PDF ફાઈલની પ્રિન્ટઆઉટ A4 સાઈઝ પેપર ઉપર કાઢો.

·         હવે અરજીપત્રક તેમજ માહિતી પુસ્તિકા ધ્યાનથી વાંચી, અરજીપત્રકમાં માંગેલ દરેક વિગત કાળજીપૂર્વક ભરો.

·         રૂ. ૩૦૦/- (પ્રોસેસિંગ ફી) ની રકમનો “Shree Swaminarayan Physiotherapy College” નાં નામનો ડીમાંડ ડ્રાફ્ટ બનાવવો.

·         સંપુર્ણ વિગતો ભરેલ અરજીપત્રક, રૂ. ૩૦૦/- (પ્રોસેસિંગ ફી) નો ડી.ડી. તેમજ નીચે જણાવેલ ડોક્યુમેન્ટ્સ ની ખરી નકલ (True Copy) રૂબરૂ અથવા કુરિયર કે સ્પીડ પોસ્ટ દ્વારા કોલેજ ઓફીસમાં સબમિટ કરાવવાનું રહેશે

·        હાલની પરીસ્થિતિને ધ્યાનમાં રાખતાં  એન્ટ્રન્સ ટેસ્ટ લેવાશે, જેની તારીખ વિદ્યાર્થીનીએ અરજીપત્રકમાં જણાવેલ ઈ-મેઈલ એડ્રેસ ઉપર મોકલી આપવામાં આવશે.

·         અરજીપત્રક વિતરણ, સુપરત તેમજ એન્ટ્રન્સ ટેસ્ટ અંગેની કોઈપણ માહિતી અંગે જાણવા માટે કોલેજ ઓફીસ ટેલીફોન નં. 98988 44701 પર સંપર્ક કરવો.

·
